Cranberry Salsa

A flavor bomb of sweet, savory, tangy, and spicy, this cranberry is the perfect snack for the holidays!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12 oz. Bag Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled, cored, and cut
  • 1/2 Large Red Bell Pepper, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 Medium Red Onion, roughly chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Apple Juice
  • 3 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp Pickled Jalapenos, Chopped
  • 1 tsp Lime Zest

Method
 

  1. In a food processor, combine cranberries, apple, red bell pepper, and onion and pulse until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl that can be covered.
  2. Add the sugar, apple juice, cilantro, jalapenos, and lime zest. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to overnight so the flavors can combine. Serve with tortilla chips.
